ICF Certified Professional Coach (CPC, ACC)
I love helping people discover and develop their potential. I began my career coaching athletes with disabilities in Alaska and Colorado. As my career expanded, so did countless leadership trials and triumphs. I knew we could do better; I knew I could do better. Why did I feel frustrated and unfulfilled in a career I adored?
I dove deep into organizational psychology research to figure it out. Two years later, I emerged with a M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology—and even more questions. But now I understood that leadership all comes back to the basic needs of people. The need to be valued and respected; have purpose and vision; trust and connection. And, for women especially, the space to fail.
I became an ICF Certified Leadership Coach to help reinvent how we lead ourselves, our teams, and our organizations. Over the last decade I’ve guided people with unimaginable challenges to their personal and professional goals. Using a fine-tuned mixture of creativity, empathy, and accountability I push my clients beyond their limits to grow in places they never thought they would.
“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor and some style.” - Maya Angelou
